All beauty and hair services provided by CHIC & SHINE LTD are appointment-based, one-time services. Once payment is made and the appointment is confirmed, the service is considered to have secured the necessary resources and time.
No-Refund Policy (Important)
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
Paid appointment orders Failure to arrive for the appointment (No-show) due to personal reasons Last-minute cancellations or changes of mind Services that have already commenced or been completed
👉 All services are non-refundable (No Refund Policy).
Rescheduling
In exceptional circumstances, we may allow clients to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not constitute a refund.
Non-Transferable Services
All booked services are for the exclusive use of the original client and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
Service Quality Issues
If a client has reasonable concerns regarding service quality, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will conduct an internal assessment based on the situation, though a refund is not guaranteed.
Acceptance of Policy
By booking an appointment and completing payment, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this refund policy.
